How do I book an experience?

Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the form on this page. We confirm availability, price and pick-up point, and set the date with you. There is no automatic booking on the website.

Are the tours private or shared?

All our services are private. The vehicle or boat is exclusive to your group; you do not share the trip with other travellers.

Do you pick me up at my hotel or Airbnb?

Yes. We pick up and drop off at your hotel, Airbnb or any location you tell us. Transport is included in the experiences that state so.

Do you offer service in English?

Yes. We have bilingual guides and we work in Spanish and English, both on WhatsApp and during the service.

Do you work at night or in the early morning?

Transfers to Tocumen Airport are available 24/7. For tours and experiences with special timings, ask us and we will arrange it.

How much does the airport transfer cost?

From $40 USD one way. The final price depends on the destination within Panama, so send us your address and flight time so we can confirm it.

Is the Panama Canal entrance fee included?

No. On the Panama City Tour, the Panama Canal entrance fee is not included in the price of the service.

I have a layover at Tocumen. Is there time to leave the airport?

That is exactly what Panama Stop By is for. Send us your arrival and departure flight times and we will honestly tell you whether there is time and which route fits. We return you to the terminal with a margin.

Can I travel with children or a lot of luggage?

We work with private, modern vehicles, but capacity and child seats depend on the assigned unit. Tell us how many people are travelling, their ages and how many suitcases you have, and we will confirm the right vehicle before you book.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods are confirmed directly when booking. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the available options before you confirm the service.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Change and cancellation terms are agreed when each service is confirmed. Ask us on WhatsApp before booking so you have them clear from the start.
